"A visit with my father to see and try equipment"

We were welcomed into the showroom by a friendly receptionist. She listened to my father's requests and requested an Occupational Therapist (OT) to come and discuss further.  The OT introduced herself and also a trainee OT who was working with her.  After my father explained his needs, the OT proceeded to show us the equipment and then demonstrated it in the showroom.  My father was able to try out the equipment to see how it felt, what it could do and ask further questions. 

The OT was very thorough with the demonstration and was extremely knowledgeable.  Both myself and my father felt all our questions had been answered afterwards.
