About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Urgent Care Centre General practices in Forth Valley

(as a service user),

Today I was sent via my GP to urgent care to have an abscess drained. The time from start to finish was great and the staff even better. From the minute I walked in until I left the unit I was treated with the highest standard of care and compassion. Big shout out to CSW Lyndsey for keeping me distracted when I felt at my most vulnerable.  Brilliant at her job and an asset to the NHS.
