(as a parent/guardian),

Joanne looked after us after our original health visitor went on holiday. Joanne has been excellent and very professional during this time. We had requested that we could keep her as our health visitor as we felt that she understood our situation and what we were going through with our baby who had additional needs. We couldn’t recommend her more.

We know that the relationship between a family and their health visitor is so important and I am really pleased that you felt you had that connection.
