"Outstanding care"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit (MAU)

(as a carer),

I would like to thank the nurses of MAU ward in RAH for the wonderful care they gave to a gentleman that I am a support worker for.

He has the biggest fear of getting bloods taken and nobody has been able to take bloods for 30 plus years. Today with the fab care, kindness and support from the nurses, they got the bloods.

Wonder girls, fabulous nurses, many thanks and a huge ❤️

Thankyou Muscane37 for this positive feedback for the MAU team I will be sure to pass this on, Im glad the patient was treated with care, compassion and kindness as it must of been unpleasant for patient to get bloods taken with a phobia. Im glad all went well

kind regards
