"Fantastic, caring consultant who listens and explains"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 9)

(as a service user),

I visited Monklands Hospital today for an initial consultation. My appt was vastly actioned and I met Dr Crosby. He was very warm and welcoming. He listened to my concerns before completing an examination and reassuring me. He explained everything perfectly.
