"The service provided was first class"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Dermatology (Skin Conditions)

(as a service user),

I attended the outpatient department following referral from my GP. I was greeted by friendly reception staff and then seen by Dr Waddell and then Dr Zamira both of whom were extremely kind and informative. I was guided to photography and then to a treatment room for removal of two lesions under local anaesthetic. I was at all times given clear information and met with pleasant and kind staff.

The staff in the treatment room were absolutely fantastic, welcoming and reassuring. Jemma and Kayleigh made me feel at ease and helped make the entire experience a pleasant one. The service provided was first class and the staff clearly work well as a team which as a slightly nervous patient provides reassurance.

I am very grateful for the care I received
