"I was most impressed"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as a service user),

I went for a visit to the physiotherapist for specialist support.

I had waited 8 months for the appointment but as someone who works in the NHS I understood why - the Specialist is the only one specialising in that area of physiotherapy. Difficult to cope with demand in a timely fashion when you are on your own.

The specialist was amazing, very supportive, listened and gave advice. I was most impressed and I did not have to wait to long in the dept to be seen.
