"The dedication and caring nature shines through"

I would like to thank your orthotist, Jackie, for the excellent service she provided in fitting me with a pair of Thuasne Action Reliever knee braces. It wasn't just her very obvious professionalism that impressed me but, like most NHS staff who have treated me over the years, it's the dedication and caring nature which shines through.

There are too many people who take the health service for granted and often criticise it. Nothing is perfect but if those critics were to experience health services in other countries such as I have, they would soon realise how fortunate we are in the UK, particularly here in Scotland.
