About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Rehabilitation ward

(as the patient),

My wife was admitted to the rehabilitation centre. But was taking very ill and words can’t explain how well she was treated by the staff. Unfortunately my wife passed away in the centre and as I say the staff was outstanding .

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience of care in the Mid Ulster Hospital. Firstly, I would like to express my condolences following the passing of your wife. It is reassuring to know that your wife received a high standard of care at this very difficult time. I will share your kind comments with the staff in the unit.
