"Hospital at Home team"

My father 88 year old father was taken ill at home with a septic  infection.  The hospital at home team took control of his treatment immediately and led by NP Denise.  They not only provided the treatment but delivered great service as well.

Denise was particularly outstanding in her treatment and service provision and gave in  valuable advice and support to the family in a particularly stressful time . She provided excellent care levels and her communication skills were exceptional.  She has been an absolute credit to the profession, and we are incredibly grateful.
