About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Gynaecology FAU (Ward 43)

(as the patient),

I had to go for an early scan in Altnagelvin to confirm a miscarriage at 7 weeks pregnant. We were both devastated and very nervous for the scan however the nurse named Mags (hopefully got that right) was so kind and professional. She explained the scan clearly and was very kind to us during a very difficult time. I hope this gets back to her. In our opinion, she is the type of person needed in that job. Thank you
