About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Rehabilitation ward

(as a service user),

Got transferred from Altnagelvin hospital  _ once I arrive on ward I remember some familiar faces , the girls welcomed me with smiles and kindness. Was made to feel at ease and if I was at home.

My name is Denise Quinn and I am an Assistant Director in the NHSCT.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience in the Mid Ulster Hospital. I am pleased to hear that it was such a positive one and I will share your comments with the staff. Being in hospital can be an anxious time and it means a lot to know you experienced a warm welcome and felt at ease during your stay.
