"Self Catheterisation"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as the patient),

I had to be taught self catheterisation something I was so nervous and anxious about.

Harriet and Michelle made me feel at ease and made the full process so much easier than I thought. The after care was brilliant and it just all made it so much less traumatic than I had imagined.

Hi Ashleigh234, thank you for your kind words about staff who made your experience a much more pleasant one than you anticipated. In order to direct the feedback to Harriet and Michelle, what hospital / clinic did you get this support from?

Thank you
