"Immediately made us feel at ease"

Having struggled with unexplained infertility for 6 years (3x cycles of clomid, 3x cycles of menopur injections and 2x failed cycles of IVF) we were shocked and overwhelmed to find out we were pregnant naturally.

Following a GP referral we recently attended the Early Pregnancy Assessment Service in Altnagelvin Hospital. 

We were welcomed by Nurse Mags who immediately made us feel at ease. She happily answered all our queries and sought further advice from the consultant regarding prescribed medication.  Her manner, professionalism and the level of attention she gave us certainly soothed any anxieties and worries we had prior to arriving.
