(as a relative),

My sister had terminal cancer and was looked after brilliantly by Sister McLauchlan and her team.

They looked after her, listened to her and took time with her.

Dear Shona24,

My name is Kevin Bletsoe and I am Senior Nurse for East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

My deepest condolences, I appreciate this is a sad time for you and your family on the loss of your sister. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience of our Community Nursing team it is very much appreciated at such a difficult time.

I am so happy to hear of the high standard of nursing care and support our East Renfrewshire Community nursing service provided to your sister. I will make sure Sister McLaughlin, her team and the wider Community Nursing team receive your heart felt feedback and appreciation for all the care they provided.
