(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

To Everyone in the Ward 2 Team,

We cannot thank you enough for all the care you gave to our Mother during her illness. Your personal attention to her peace and comfort gave us great assurance and we knew it was the right place amongst friends. 

We so appreciate your kindness throughout the whole period - you all became such good friends and it was all made so much easier by your generosity and thoughtfulness. 

Thank you so much again for your kindness and generosity.

Thank you for your kind words in relation to the care your mother received whilst under our care in Ward 2, Crieff Community Hospital.

Reading your feedback shows the importance of person centred care and the impact it can have to the individuals we care for and their families. It's reassuring that you felt her comfort and peace were addressed at what must of been a difficult time for you and you family.
