"Doing the right thing on a difficult day"

I was advised to attend hospital due to urgent and concerning health matters. I found myself at the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle.

As a human being I'm under no illusion that all health services are experiencing various pressures and challenges. However, during a very difficult time Dr Jumbo showed she isn't just an excellent doctor but a good compassionate human being.

Under pressure and during an extremely busy time in the department she remained a true professional and she did the right thing on a difficult day where she listened and did not judge.

I believe we all should be more like her and do the right thing on a difficult day.
