Visited surgery today to try and book an appointment as i couldn't get through on the phone, when i arrived there was music blaring & 2 receptionists singing and dancing away whilst the phones were ringing of the hook. Where is the professionalism? where is the duty of care? Surgery is in rapid decline, think CQC need to pay a visit.
