About: General Surgery / Elective Surgery (Ward 7 & 8) Plastic Surgery & Burns / Breast Reconstruction Specialist Nurse Service

(as a service user),

I have recently had 3 operations in an 8-week period as a day patient in wards 7 and 8. The care I received from all members of staff has been excellent, some of the nurses recognised me and joked about me being back again. I have had a very positive experience and will continue to praise the NHS for the treatment I have received. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff who made my stays easier and the Breast care team. Hopefully I will not have to get any further operations, but I know if I do the staff at PRI will give me excellent care.
