"Coming to Day hospice on a Monday is a life saver"

About: Oakhaven Hospice / Day Hospice

(as a service user),

Coming to Day hospice on a Monday is a life saver - I feel I could not cope if I did not come.

Always look forward to coming to day hospice and when there I relax, feel my stress goes and I feel normal for once.

The support I get is very important to me - I find it had to explain how much it means to me.

The wonderful volunteer drivers are prepared to come and pick me up.

I benefit from the chaplain and support they give.

Opportunity to share thoughts and feelings, the staff are kind, caring and attentive. They help me review and address my problems to go forward.
