"They are invested in the care of their patients"

About: Cameron Hospital / Recovery & rehabilitation

(as a relative),

My husband had a stroke last year and was referred to the rehabilitation team at Cameron Hospital. We were warmly welcomed at each visit. My husband was given advice on other services that could help with his recovery. He has spent a lot of time with the OT who even came to visit him at home. Without this rehabilitation he would still be struggling with issues caused by the stroke. He is greatly appreciative of the help, support and encouragement he got from the team.

He has now come to the end of his rehabilitation but the team has assured him that if he needs any help or advice they are at the other end of the phone. This team show that they are invested in the care of their patients and my husband will always be thankful they were there for him. He cannot thank them enough.

Dear Buster01,

I am sorry to hear your husband required a stay in hospital, I hope he is continuing to recover well.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such valuable feedback on what must have been a worrying time for your family. I am pleased to read the care provided by the Cameron team was so valuable and I am delighted to read the assurance they have provided.

Take care and thank you, again.

Lynnette

Dear Buster01

Many thanks for your feedback on the rehabilitation that your husband has received from the team here at Cameron following his stroke. I'm sure it has been a difficult time for you and your husband and it is good to hear that he has progressed well with the rehabilitation and support he has received.

Thank you again, best wishes to you and your husband.

Clare
