"Extremely unlikely "

I am extremely dissatisfied with the care provided by Suttons Wharf Health Centre, I have had a serious issue with my red blood cells since 2017, as shown in multiple blood tests, but my concerns have been persistently ignored by this practice.

Despite suffering from severe headaches and other symptoms, and providing my previous medical records, the centre has failed to integrate these crucial documents into my NHS records. The receptionist neglected to add my old blood test results, which include evidence of kidney function problems and high blood sugar.

Attempts to secure an appointment have been futile, as I am consistently told that no appointments are available. Additionally, I was advised to donate blood as part of my treatment plan, but the blood donation centre requires approval from my GP, which has not been provided despite multiple requests.

This lack of response and disregard for my health has left me without the necessary medical guidance and has significantly impacted my well-being. I would not recommend Suttons Wharf Health Centre due to their negligence and poor patient care.
