(as the patient),

Disorientated and impaired mobility.

GP Dr Riddle referred me to hospital.

Quickly admitted to Clinical Assessment Unit (CAU) and treated with mobility/dexterity tests and given reassurance by Dr Fielden and nurses

Blood pressure, temperature and oxygen levels checked

CT brain scan showed infarct and bleed

Kept under observation for a week in Ward B21 and cared for by wonderful staff then discharged after achieving mobility and dexterity targets.

Provided with a range of medication and mobility aids to take home

Could not have wished for more professional and caring treatment from doctors, nurses, auxiliary staff and physiotherapists
