"Contact numbers"

(as a service user),

I'm finding it really tricky to get in contact with the maternity hospital about my booking appointment. The number on the self referral form just rings and times out, and a similar number I was given for RJMH reception isn't being answered. Do the phone numbers need updating?

My name is Elaine McMahon I am the new Business Support officer for the Maternity hospital Belfast. Thank you for taking the time to leave your story on care opinion.

Apologies it has taken so long for my reply, this has just been flagged to me by the patient experience team. I am currently in discussions with the Senior Management team, in regards to improving the patient experience with the telephone lines, I hope to update this in the near future.
