About: Urgent Community Response North Hants

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I would like to thank UCR North for visiting me, being caring . I wasn't feeling well had high Blood pressure, high blood sugar , been helped to get prescribed right medication for my diabetics, been taken bloods by Suzie was very caring who gave me lots of confidence all team was.

They been monitoring me over couple days, helped me get equipment I need and making sure I am ok and getting better before they discharged me.

Thank you to all team for all your hard work we are lucky to have you.

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.
