"Timely response to questions via a telephone call"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Cancer Services

(as the patient),

I called the helpline and spoke to Fallon with several non-urgent questions regarding my treatment.  As usual she responded efficiently and kindly, answering all my queries without making me feel I was making a fuss!
