"I feel abandoned"

I self referred over a year to the weight management service as per advice from my GP when I enquired.  I have had a total colectomy with an anastomosis so really struggle with high fibre diets and want to lose weight for my physical and mental health.

Recently I received a letter to say that I would only be offered an online information session and would be discharged if I didn't attend.  I contacted the service to say that I couldn't attend due to work committments and the other date offered was still unsuitable for the same reason (I work in the NHS). I also enquired about low fibre diets for weight loss.  The email I received back stated they would pass on my enquiry to the dieticians.  I have had no reply.  I feel abandoned as no one seems to want to/ or are able to help me.  Most generic lifestyle changing diets are geared at high fibre.  Not sure where to turn to now for support.
