(as a service user),

Geraldine is fantastic and sees more than just my mental health issues - she also acknowledges the limits because of my physical disabilities too. She also makes sure to book a downstairs room as my disability means that I struggle massively with stairs.

Geraldine also goes above and beyond to make me feel included in my care and remembers the things I've told her previously so I don't have to repeat myself (sometimes even just talking is exhausting for me.)

Geraldine is an asset to the mental health team. I've been in the mental health system for years and she is by far the best mental health worker I have had.
