"Your compassion, kindness, and professionalism meant more to us than words can convey"

About: Adult Health Services / Hospital at Home

(as a relative),

Myself and my family wish to express our heartfelt and sincere thank you to the nurses and doctors of the Wishaw Hospital at Home team for their exceptional care of our Papa during the first few weeks of June 2024. Every nurse and doctor who attended to him went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and wellbeing, and for that, we are truly grateful.

Sadly, his illness progressed to the point where only palliative care was possible, but your care and support enabled him to fulfil his wish of staying in his own home and he passed away peacefully and with dignity, surrounded by his family.

During such a difficult and emotional time, your compassion, kindness, and professionalism meant more to us than words can convey.

Your work is truly invaluable, and we are eternally thankful for the care you provided.
