I was admitted to Ward 53 (Neurology) at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for 5 days for chronic migraine treatment under Dr Tyagi.
I was so nervous & scared as this was my 1st time staying in hospital.
The experience I had could not have been better. The whole atmosphere of the ward was so pleasant & every member of staff I interacted with had a smile on their face, a joke to tell or a listening ear. They made a really anxious time the best it could be. They never made me feel silly for asking a million questions or that they were in a hurry to get onto the next task. Nothing was too much trouble & everyone was so approachable.
I really feel I can’t find the right words to express how grateful I am to every single member of staff from the nurses, housekeeping, students, HCAs etc.
I am also so grateful to be under Dr Tyagi & his team. They really do go above & beyond.
Thank you so much!
