"Service at its very best!"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Appliances & Orthotics Queen Margaret Hospital / Assessment and Rehab Centre Queen Margaret Hospital / Community Rehab Service

(as a relative),

I want to give high praise to the nursing staff , Occupational Therapists and Occupational Health, everyone really in Ward 7 of Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline Fife.

Their care for my husband has been brilliant in the past 10 weeks, sometimes in very challenging conditions that are part of my husbands illness. They are caring, efficient and always lovely to us.

A huge round of applause to every one of them. Service at its very best!

Well done!

I think that sometimes people are too quick to pick out perceived inadequacies while their loved one is being cared for, thereby failing to see the massive difference the staff make to a patient's  care and wellbeing, sometimes in difficult circumstances.

Over nearly 3 months I have watched, daily the brilliant way this team take care of my husband. They are lovely with him and deliver 200% each day. It must be gruelling to work 12 hour shifts. But they are committed and dedicated and deserve to be noticed.

Well done Ward 7 and thank you so much.
