"Really helped put my mind at ease"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Maternity

(as the patient),

My husband and I went into maternity triage recently and were seen by a really lovely midwife Lorraine, she really helped put my mind at ease and her care was excellent. She really made time for us, and answered questions my husband had. All the midwives at the triage have been lovely, but I just wanted to thank Lorraine, she really did an amazing job.

Dear SLw23

Thankyou so much for taking the time to send this feedback. It is so great to hear that your experience in triage was so positive and that the midwives answered your questions and gave you the time you needed. I will ensure that Lorraine receives this feedback and the matrons in Triage so that all the midwives hear how their care makes a difference. This always gives us a real boost when we hear such lovely feedback.

Thankyou again
