"Programme significantly helped my recovery"

About: Forth Valley Community Services / Stroke Transition & Rehabilitation Team (START)

(as the patient),

I have received 9 weeks of support from NHS Forth Valley START team following a stroke. The physio and occupational therapy Nurses have provided a structured programme of activities 5 days a week.

The programme and their support and encouragement have significantly helped my recovery. This is a new initiative and I have benefited hugely from it.

Thanks to the programme I have made great progress and will soon be back to my normal activities.
