"Literally ripped my canula out"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

All in all good care. Second time being there, no problems apart from a person who literally ripped my canula out. Last time I remember the nurse taking it out gently towards her and this person ripped it out the opposite way. It was so painful and then kept pressing it circular motions, it was so painful. I didn't say anything at first as I was still groggy but thinking about it after it was a horrible experience.

Hi very will I've emailed. I don't wish to get anyone in trouble as I think they were a student I'm not sure but they just needs to be corrected because I think that was incorrect on so many different levels.
