"Woodlands could do with having some more Xbox games"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / The Woodlands (inpatient unit for substance misuse)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Yesterday (Wednesday 18th December) We went to the Woodlands at Highbury Hospital to gather some feedback.

The question we asked was - How do you feel about the services you receive; good, bad or indifferent?

We received the following from a service user...

"On the woodlands it could do with having some more Xbox games. Football and action games would be good and another joy pad/controller. "

Along with the Head of Involvement (Paul Sanguinazzi), I am responsible for the Trusts two Involvement Centres, and our Volunteering and Befriending Service. I help to report all of the feedback we receive as a Trust to the Board.

Thanks for helping to gather comments at the Highbury Listening event.

All comments gathered at the Listening Event are being shared with the senior management team who oversee Highbury services, and I'm sure they or a responsible manager will respond in more detail shortly.
