"Facilities in games room"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / The Woodlands (inpatient unit for substance misuse)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Yesterday (Wednesday 18th December) We went to the Woodlands at Highbury Hospital to gather some feedback.

The question we asked was - How do you feel about the services you receive; good, bad or indifferent?

"there needs to be a sofa in the games room. If you play a two player game only 1 person can sit down.

Need more games too"

Along with the Head of Involvement (Paul Sanguinazzi), I am responsible for the Trusts two Involvement Centres, and our Volunteering and Befriending Service. I help to report all of the feedback we receive as a Trust to the Board.

Thanks for helping to gather comments at the Highbury Listening event.

All comments gathered at the Listening Event are being shared with the senior management team who oversee Highbury services, and I'm sure they or a responsible manager will respond in more detail shortly.

We are always looking at ways in which the service user experience at The Woodlands can be improved and will discuss your suggestions at our next weekly service user/staff community meeting as well as at our Staff Team Meeting which is due to take place this week.
