"Happy with the speedy referral"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I was referred by my Gp for an urgent appointment to see Wonford gynaecology at RDE Exeter. I had an appointment within a fortnight. I would like to say how happy I was with the speedy referral and say thank you to Sophie (Registered Nurse) and HCA (sorry didn’t get her name) for their kindness and professionalism.

I get anxiety so was reassured about the investigations and Sophie was very gentle and explained everything. Thankfully no treatment was needed at this point.
