About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Day surgery

(as a relative),

My brother was recently admitted to day Surgery unit 

I wanted to give feedback for a member of staff, Shirley, in the Day surgical Unit.

She was lovely, warm and really kind.

Thank you so much  Shirley for your incredible dedication and compassion. Your warmth and kindness truly make a difference in the lives of the patients you care for.

You consistently went above and beyond to ensure my brother’s comfort, and your positive attitude brightens his day despite him being scared for the procedure he was admitted for.

We deeply appreciate your commitment to providing such excellent care!
