"No information"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Urology

(as the patient),

Went for a camera into my bladder, then told I needed a bladder rinse and now a letter arrived for a general surgery assessment, I don't know why this has happened and no one else in urology has told me why or what my problems are. Normally, I was told everything by the usual person, but now having different people doing the camera work meant no information. Tried my best, but no one's responding to my questions.
