For everyone involved in Mum's stay at Crieff Community Hospital, thank you all so much making Mum's stay so easy & seamless, for her, and for us!

Her care has been wonderful and she has been so well looked after. 

You have made the transition from hospital to care home as pleasant and smooth as it can be.

You are all a real team.

Thank you for your kind message, which I will share with the team, who I know shall also be appreciative, as we know admission to hospital can be a difficult time for individuals and families and it is nice to hear of positive experiences.
