"Made me look at myself in a different way"

I think there should be more help with people coming off drugs, my experience since I have been here has been ok, not too bad, my drug worker has been ok, she has helped me with a few things and made me look at myself in a different way and it has helped a lot.

I don't think lads should be punished when they get done for taking drugs the first time, they should find out why they took them in the first place and then if they do it again, then punish them.

I have not taken drugs since I have been in this jail for 9 months and I feel so much better.
