"Kind and extremely patient"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General surgery (Wards 9a, 9b, 9c & 9d)

(as a relative),

My dad was a patient in ward 9b Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. The care he received was excellent. Nursing staff were kind and extremely patient with him. They took time to speak to family, which was appreciated. Medical staff and physio were very attentive and thorough. Constant cleaning by domestic staff who were kind and helpful.

Thank you.
