"My father in law's care"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Medicine for the Older Adult (wards 13 - 16)

(as a relative),

We as a family would like to commend the medical and nursing staff of ward 15 hairmyres hospital for the care received for our family member. His illness meant he needed round the clock care and whilst his symptoms were proving to be challenging for the nursing staff, they provided care for him showing dignity and respect.

We can never thank them enough for their dedication, patience and overall care. A special mention to staff nurse Yvonne. Her communication with the family was exemplary.
