I feel strongly that when good care is administered and praise is due it should be highlighted.
My son suffers with Spina Bifida and all associated ailments attributable.
For over 9 years he has had to attend podiatry at Towerhill and has been administered, treated and cared for to the very highest of standards over the years. He has looked after by different members of staff over the year's and the continuity has been beyond reproach.
He feels that his weekly treatment is almost a social event such is the raporte and care given.
I must name his current team of staff for praise. Cherith for the appointments who goes beyond her job spec I suspect, who ensures he never misses out.
Fiona and her side kick Eilish his podiatrist who weekly attends to his wounds and Dressings. Without wishing to jeopardise current healing by praising progress but his feet are looking the best they have ever done since treatment commenced all those years ago.
When one considers amputation was being considered, the fact my son still has his feet is down to the care and treatment by the podiatry team at Towerhill.
I would appreciate it if all staff concerned could be given access to this email and feel free to post on notice boards .
With my sincere thanks.
