"Thank you to everyone who helped me"

About: Glasgow Community Services / Out of Hours GP NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

Had to call due to severe and enduring back pain. Call handled very professionally. Àrrangement made initially for clinic visit but changed to home visit due to inability to walk. GP who attended was very professional, caring and empathetic. Treatment and advice given with follow up to be arranged through GP. A great example of coordinated services and fantastic representation for NHS care. Thank you to everyone who helped me.
