"She was very helpful"

About: Children and Young People Services / Autism Services

(as a parent/guardian),

I had phoned through to the assessment section of the service for an update on information that had been requested from speech therapy to help my child with an education psychology referral.

Aibhlinn contacted me back the next day and informed me of the progress. I was pleased at how quickly I received a call back and she was very helpful and told me to contact the service at any time if I should need any further help or support.

Thank you "EMO1" for your feedback on your recent contact with the Autism Service.

I am delighted to hear that you received a return phone call in a timely manner and that Aibhlin was able to provide you with the information you required.

I would encourage you to contact the service if you require anything further as we appreciate the assessment process can be a worrying time for parents/carers.
