"Back on my feet thanks to ward 6"

About: Fife Community Services / Integrated Community Assessment and Support Service St Andrews Community Hospital / Recovery & rehabilitation Victoria Hospital / Supported Discharge Unit

(as a service user),

I was admitted for a UTI I had an operation for a brain tumour in October 23 and my mobility is still not 100% due to less strength on left side as well as venous insufficiency.

Ward 6 were very patient and helpful all the nurses , cleaners , auxiliaries etc and  food was lovely , the OT and ward manager managed to get me on icass support from St Andrews community hospital and now after weeks of excercise and stair climbing I’m managing outside walks with a Walker thanks  to  everyone’s patience and help 🤗
