"She was there emotionally and physically to give support."

About: First Steps Programme

(as a parent/guardian),

When I was pregnant I was worried about getting myself together as we were not financially stable, so I spoke to my midwife who introduced me to one of the first steps staff.

Since I met her everything has been so smooth because she was able to source for almost all I needed before and after I had the baby. She was there emotionally and physically to give support.

I really wish she could stay with us a little longer but unfortunately her job with us came to an end when my baby clocked 6 months.

We really missed her so much and thank you to First steps for having families in mind.

Hi there Barbiefiskay

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback on the First Steps Programme.

I was pleased to read that your First Steps Worker met your needs by providing you with the support you required during your antenatal and postnatal period.

I hope you and your little one are doing well and I will certainly pass on your lovely feedback to the rest of the team on the First Steps Programme.

Take care

Helen xx
