If you ask it, they will always say that they have knowledge of autism (since begin of 2019). But you should ask if there is a specialism. Unfortunately that isn't the case...
As soon as the heating is being turned on, it is super hot inside. And it is never possible to open a window. Not even in the Summer, when people would love to breath fresh air, specially people who suffer from anxiety, I suppose...
There is no proper ventilation, even with the knowledge of today about covid19, vulnerable people and long covid. I really do not get this...
I come here sometimes with someone who have appointments when this person isn't able to come alone.
Cycling is good for your mental health. But if you come by bike, there is no place where you can leave it and lock it properly. So everybody needs to come by car or walking or maybe bus, but I'm not sure where the nearest bus stop is. There is no public transport connection from where we live.
I had to had a big discussion and then I was allowed to leave my bike at the entrance. But it was a health and safety issue (blablabla you name it).
I asked the receptionist if she could pass on as a feedback that ''cycling is good for mental health and that there should be a proper place where people can leave their bikes.'' But she said: ''We don' t do feedback really.''
I get that about 'not doing feedback'. That is really easy. You have no complaints to deal with and then it seems that everybody is happy with what you have (or not have) to offer. And if you tell people who are suffering with mental health issues that you ''do not do feedback'', is a really good idea! They already have so much on their plate that they will not have the energy to try to complain.
Well, I do... sometimes. And here it is!
Thank you.
(If somebody wants to check who is the person at the reception who doesn't do feedback, todsy it is 6/11/24 afternoon)
