Having a nurse that I can text or talk to helps because when i need something answered, she helps keep mind at ease.

I support Teenagers and Young Adults diagnosed with cancer between 16-24 years. I support the young person and anyone close to them through diagnosis, treatment and at least 2 years post treatment. I facilitate face to face and telephone contacts, peer support groups, events and activities. Signposting to other services and support available. Helping with benefits, applying for grants and wishes.
